We are seeking experienced Commercial Real Estate Sales Associates.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience
- Valid AZ Real Estate Licens
- College Degree
- Creative with a sense of humor
- Knowledge of the Phoenix metro area
- Computer literate

Financial Analyst
We are seeking a financial analyst.
Responsibilities include: Financial analysis of income properties and commercial real estate projects.
Requirements: College education with excellent grades, experienced with computers, spreadsheets and accounting.
Preferred: A financial and/or real estate background, familiarity with Excel and Argus is a plus, as is experience analyzing property operating statements.
Description: ESCEE is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented employee with math and financial skills to analyze future and potential investment projects.
Sales Associate
We are seeking a sales associate for a full or part-time position.
Responsibilities include: Researching commercial properties, researching and updating municipality information, researching property ownership information, and assembling marketing materials
Requirements: Good computer skills, experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and an outgoing personality.
Preferred: Real estate experience is a plus, as is a real estate license (but it is not necessary).
Description: ESCEE is looking for a self-motivated, detail oriented employee with math and good computer skills to conduct research into a variety of areas in order to help our team create timely and informative marketing presentations and documents. The right person could work part-time while attending school if desired.
