Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing

ESCEE Commercial Properties is seeking experienced self-starters to fill Sales and Leasing positions within our Scottsdale office. Candidates must have a proven record for success with in the commercial real estate industry and have a commitment to company excellence and personal integrity. We are seeking agents of all specialties: office, retail, industrial and investment specialists.

ESCEE Commercial Properties provides its sales and leasing agents with top-notch commercial real estate prospecting and research tools. Agents will have a responsive support staff with complete marketing, research and mapping capabilities. ESCEE offers an excellent office environment in Central Scottsdale.

Skills:
Those with a proven track record within the commercial real estate industry will be considered. The successful individual will have the ability to build, develop and manage lasting client relationships, be thorough in transaction management, and work as a team player.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years commercial real estate sales and/or leasing experience is required. Must posses an Arizona Real Estate License or be willing to obtain license within 30 days if from out of state. A college degree is required.
